Not only can you get free assistance, you may be eligible to receive incentives that cover 30 – 50% of project costs. Contact Emerald early in the design phase and we can help determine the best path for your project.

Steps to Participate
We can help you identify savings opportunities, find qualified contractors, and ensure compliance with program requirements.1. Confirm eligibility for your program.
2. Schedule a free energy review with the Emerald Energy Services team by calling 541-746-1583.
3. Find approved contractors and get project cost estimates; we suggest getting at least 3 quotes.
4. Emerald will work with Air Northwest and the contractor to develop savings estimates, measurement and verification plan, and a rebate proposal.
5. Complete your project’s rebate application and submit to Emerald for pre-authorization.
6. After Emerald approves your project, have your contractor proceed with your installation.
7. Emerald will review your completed project and contact you or your contractor to perform any required on-site inspections.
8. Final energy savings and incentive level will be confirmed via completion of the measurement and verification plan.
9. Submit all required project documentation to Emerald.
10. Emerald will authorize rebate payment upon final approval.
