Emerald PUD is offering incentive payments to home buyers purchasing electrically heated NEEM manufactured homes sited within our service territory.

Incentive Information

Emerald offers financial incentives for customer-owners to purchase and site a new home that’s certified NEEM. In addition, Emerald provides a rebate to the dealer for their support of the program.

New electrically heated ENERGY STAR Manufactured Home (NEEM 1.1) $1,200
New electrically heated ENERGY STAR Manufactured Home (NEEM 2.0) $1,400
Replacement of Pre-1976 Manufactured Home with an electrically heated new ENERGY STAR Manufactured Home (NEEM 1.1) $2,200
Replacement of Pre-1976 Manufactured Home with an electrically heated new ENERGY STAR Manufactured Home (NEEM 2.0) $2,500
Requirements
• Single-family homes must be new and certified compliant with Northwest ENERGY STAR Homes standards by the certifying organization for Oregon.
• Participant authorizes Emerald to conduct quality inspections to ensure program specifications are followed.
Steps to Participate
We can help you identify savings opportunities, find qualified contractors, and ensure compliance with program requirements.

1. Call or email Emerald to discuss our program offering. (Pre-removal inspection required if replacing a Pre-1976
Manufactured Home.)
2. Work with your manufactured home dealer to find eligible NEEM homes.
3. Dealer will provide a NEEM Certificate of Compliance.
4. Complete an Emerald NEEM Home Rebate Application from and submit the NEEM Certificate of Compliance.
5. Emerald will conduct a quality inspection to ensure program specifications are met.
6. Emerald will issue a rebate payment to customer upon receipt of all required documentation.
